Workday Change Lead - EMEA Region
We are seeking a Workday Change Lead to support the successful adoption of Workday across the EMEA region. This role is critical in bridging global project activities with regional needs, ensuring local HR teams, managers, and employees are fully engaged, informed, and trained throughout the transformation.
You will act as a key member of the regional HR team, driving communication, training, and change management activities while ensuring alignment with local requirements and compliance standards.
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the project team to support the EMEA rollout of Workday.
- Build and maintain a regional change network by engaging with local HR and business stakeholders.
- Design, adapt, and deliver communications across channels including intranet, email, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Localize and facilitate training for HR teams and managers, ensuring materials are relevant and effective.
- Act as an integral member of the Europe regional HR team, supporting alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate testing and site coordination across the region to support implementation readiness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
- Experience using at least two of the following communication channels/tools:
- Email campaigns
- Intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
- Viva Engage or similar enterprise communication platforms
- Working knowledge of a global HRIS such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Familiarity with German works councils and data protection measures (e.g., GDPR).
- Proven experience as a change, communication, or training lead in an enterprise SaaS implementation (ideally Workday or similar HCM platform).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR, change management, or a related role.
